Composite Jazz is a vertically integrated enterprise with in-house design, development, testing, and production.

Much of our expertise is inherited through THM, the German components firm whose founder, Thomas Mertin, is a partner in the firm and leads our engineering team.

Through Mr Mertin we have early insights into advanced research projects implanted in technical universities in Germany, Spain, and elsewhere in the European Union. This means we can prototype product concepts built with so-far untried methods and quickly productionize them if proven viable.

Development

Once an original design has passed proof-of-concept, we produce detailed CAD drawings, CNC-cut models, and once committed, design and build all tools needed to produce it.

For our clients, this means we can fast-track product development.

Original or existing product-design fabrication.

We favor resin transfer molding (RTM), a process that improves product tolerancing, consistency, external finish, and strength-to-weight. It also has less environmental impact than traditional carbon fiber fabrication, an important requirement in Europe.
